Hello Friends....my name is Frenchie and my foster mom says I am absolutely perfect! I came to SMRS as a very sick little girl. I was surrendered by my owner who tried her best to provide medical care , but my condition worsened and I needed an expensive surgery to remove a blockage.
I am a sweet little girl who loves to cuddle on the couch, but I can also play like a Tom Boy. I am good with children and I really enjoy playing with the dogs in my foster home. My furry foster brother and I play each and everyday and we enjoy a good game of chase in the backyard every evening. I am crate trained, house trained, walk well on a leash and come when I am called. Here are a few of the things on my wish list for my forever home, a playful fun loving dog friend, a backyard so I may continue playing chase every evening and if it's not to much to ask, someone who doesn't work long hours that would require me to spend all that time alone. One last request is that my new family have a watchful eye and be sure to keep me safe from chewing on items that are not safe. You see my judgement isn't the best when it is left up to me to choose dog safe items to put in my mouth.
